Within GUST Nurture, we aim to reengage children with a broad, varied and inclusive curriculum. The National Curriculum forms part of our whole school curriculum which is enriched through experiences in the wider community.
Pupils follow the core subjects of English, mathematics and science alongside the non-core subjects of physical education, art, history, geography, religious education, computing and modern foreign languages. We also deliver RSHE as part of our PSHE lessons in keeping with national guidance.
We provide a nurturing educational experience that ensures children feel safe and secure in their learning environment. Recognising the importance of social and emotional wellbeing, we aim to teach children how to grow into positive, responsible young people, who can work and co-operate with others whilst developing knowledge and skills that help them to achieve their true potential.
