Secondary Lead
We are seeking a Secondary Lead to join our school.
This is a key role for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping young people with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The successful candidate will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across our secondary provision, working closely with staff, families, and the SLT to ensure high-quality teaching, strong pastoral support, and positive outcomes for every learner.
